Sanghar Housing Project Gwadar Tender for Road Repairs

The Project Director, Sanghar Housing Project Gwadar, invites bids from eligible bidders for road repair work for the year 2026, based on Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on a percentage-rate basis. Tender reference: TSE-2627111219243.

Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. They must have completed three assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 35,000,000 during the two preceding years as evidence of financial capacity.

Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRА, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders participating in government procurements, whether through electronic or manual submission. For this tender, only electronic bids will be accepted; physical submission is not required.

Bids must include 2% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. The tender notice and complete bidding documents can be obtained and viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk.

Submit bids electronically through the supplier dashboard by 19 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on the EPPS system on the same day at 12:00 PM.
