Agriculture Department Tump Tender for Agricultural Bores in Talamb Mand, Balochsabad and Nigore

The Deputy Director, Agriculture (On Farm Water Management), Tump, invites electronic bids from eligible contractors and firms for the following work for financial year 2026–27. Bidding is on a percentage-rate basis using the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026.

Eligibility: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan, and must hold registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. They must have completed three assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 40,000,000 during the preceding three years. Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-5 or above, covering works up to PKR 65 million, is required in the relevant category with specialized codes CE09 and EE11.

Procurement procedure: Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not required.

Bid security: A refundable call deposit equal to 2% of the estimated cost must accompany the bid. The deposit must be issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the Deputy Director, Agriculture (On Farm Water Management), Tump.

Tender fee: The non-refundable tender form fee is PKR 2,000. It must be deposited at any National Bank of Pakistan branch in Balochistan through a green bank challan under account head C03136, verified by the District Accounts Officer.

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard by 11:00 AM on 18 November 2026. Tenders will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM through the EPPS system.
