Punjab Workers Welfare School Tender for Rental School Building

Punjab Workers Welfare Fund invites bids for a building to be rented for a Workers Welfare School. The procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended.

The building must be in good condition and have at least 17 rooms, essential utility facilities, and suitable arrangements for children's activities.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-procurement portal. Bidders must furnish the required bid security. Financial bids will be considered only for bidders who qualify in the technical evaluation. The building will be assessed by the relevant committee.

Procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. If an opening date falls on a public holiday, the opening will take place on the next working day at the scheduled time.
