Application procedure: Submit an application to the Office of Shikarpur Drainage Division, Shikarpur, with two passport-size photographs and attested copies of academic qualification certificates, CNIC, domicile, PRC certificates and an experience certificate where required.
The application must include the applied post, applicant's name, father's name, CNIC, date of birth, educational qualification, district of domicile, postal address and cell number. Applicants must also provide their signature, name and date.
Quotas and age relaxation: A 15% quota for women, 5% for minorities, 5% for persons with disabilities and 5% for transgender candidates are reserved under government rules and policy. General relaxation of five years in the upper age limit applies under the government policy and rules in force.
Serving government employees must apply through their respective departments or proper channels with an NOC. Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased, and applicants will have no right to challenge such changes. Only eligible shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview.
The appointments are initially temporary and will become permanent after completion of the probation period under the Sindh Services Appointment, Promotion and Transfers Rules, 1973. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending tests or interviews.
