The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives, Islamabad, invites applications for 77 regular posts under the Balochistan quota. Only candidates possessing a Balochistan local or domicile certificate are eligible to apply.

Lower Division Clerk	BS-11	1	18–35 years	Balochistan merit	Matriculation and typing speed of 30 words per minute.
Staff Car Driver	BS-04	4	18–35 years	Balochistan merit	Primary education; valid LTV driving licence; sound knowledge of traffic rules.
Dispatch Rider	BS-04	2	18–35 years	Balochistan merit	Primary education; valid driving licence; sound knowledge of traffic rules.
Duplicating Machine Operator	BS-04	1	18–35 years	Balochistan merit	Primary education; knowledge of operating a duplicating machine is essential.
Naib Qasid	BS-01	58	18–35 years	Balochistan: merit 49, women 6, minorities 3	Primary education.
Farash	BS-01	5	18–35 years	Balochistan: merit 4, women 1	Primary education.
Chowkidar	BS-01	2	18–35 years	Balochistan merit	Primary education.

Recruitment will take place locally at district level with the assistance of newly established Employment Cells in the districts of Balochistan, as a special measure to facilitate recruitment of residents.

Interested candidates must apply online through the National Job Portal at www.njp.gov.pk, using the dedicated tab for this recruitment exercise, within 15 days of publication of the advertisement.

Recruitment will be conducted through a walk-in interview process, without an entry or written test. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Candidates must bring their original documents to the interview. No travelling or daily allowance will be admissible for attending the interview.

The competent authority reserves the right to modify the recruitment process, increase or decrease the number of posts, or cancel the process at any stage.
