SBP BSC e-Bidding Addendum for Appliance Supply and Installation – November 2026

SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of appliances at SBP and SBP Banking Services Corporation. Funds have been reserved for procurement planned for FY 2026–27, with part of the funds intended to cover eligible payments under the contract.

The deadline for submission of bidding documents has been extended to November 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The extension clause schedules bid opening for the same day at 11:30 AM.

Bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) on or before the closing deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted. The procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules 2026 and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority from time to time.

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available to interested bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 at https://www.epads.gov.pk/.
