Karachi Shipyard Tender for Shore-Based DG/Genset Hiring and Miscellaneous Work – XSR-10375

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd. (KS&EW), Ship Repair Division, invites sealed technical and commercial bids from subcontractors experienced in marine vessel repair work and registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the following ship repair job.

Bidding documents are available to interested bidders at the Ship Repair Division, KS&EW, for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 under the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, as amended. The documents contain detailed specifications, terms and conditions, bid submission procedures, bid security and validity requirements, bid opening arrangements, evaluation criteria, clarification and rejection provisions, and performance guarantee requirements.

Technical and commercial bids must be prepared according to the bidding documents and reach the Ship Repair Division, KS&EW, by 3 December 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 2:00 p.m. and scrutinized and evaluated against the technical prequalification criteria attached to the tender documents. Commercial offers will be opened in the presence of technically qualified bidders only, on a date to be communicated by KS&EW.

KS&EW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under Clause 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2026.
