Nishtar Medical University Multan Tender for 200-Bed Hospital Central Gas Supply System

Nishtar Medical University, Multan invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for a Central Supply System for gases serving 200 beds under the ADP scheme titled “Establishment of 200 Bedded Mother & Child Hospital at Ghalla Godam Multan.” Supplies must comply with the Schedule of Requirement.

Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended from time to time, using the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope bidding procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

English-language tender documents can be downloaded free of charge from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab e-Procurement System website.

Separate technical and financial bids, duly completed in conformity with the tender documents, must be submitted online at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 11:00 AM on 30 November 2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 21 November 2026 at 10:00 AM in the office of the Chairman, Purchase Committee, Nishtar Medical University, Multan.

All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of the quoted items, submitted or paid through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal in accordance with PPRA rules, regulations and directions. Bidders must register at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk for electronic bid submission.

Bidders should upload their bids well before the submission deadline rather than waiting until the last date and time. Submission through the portal is entirely the bidder’s responsibility, and Nishtar Medical University, Multan will not be responsible for submission issues.

The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the tender announcement on the PPRA website. If the submission or opening date falls on an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date.
