Shahbandar Land Record Revision Notice for Deh Bagh Bahar, Sujawal

The Office of the Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Shahbandar, District Sujawal, has issued Public Notice No. 244, dated 27 October 2026, concerning the revision, rectification and attestation of the Record of Rights for Deh Bagh Bahar, Tapa Chach Jehan Khan, Taluka Shahbandar.

The final verification and attestation of land revenue records under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967, was conducted during 1984–1985, with no subsequent revisionary activity. At its full board meeting on 28 February 2025, the Board of Revenue, Sindh, resolved to undertake a special rewriting of land records across the province, commencing with Deh Bagh Bahar. The initiative is intended to improve accuracy, maintain integrity, digitize the Record of Rights, and facilitate public access through modern computer technology.

Under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967, and the Board of Revenue, Sindh, Hyderabad order dated 28 February 2025, special revision, rectification and attestation proceedings have commenced. Under Section 42, read with subsections (11), (12) and (13), the records are being rewritten by the concerned Mukhtiarkar and verified and attested by the First Grade Assistant Collector.

The following right-holders, mutation particulars, shares, survey numbers and land areas are included in the proceedings. Share and area figures retain their recorded numerical notation.

Any person objecting to ownership, survey numbers or the extent of land may submit written objections at the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Shahbandar, within 15 days. If no objections are received, the updated Record of Rights for the right-holders will be rewritten accordingly.
