NADRA Lahore Auction of BER Technical Store Items Through EPADS

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Head Office Lahore, under the Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for disposal of beyond-economic-repair (BER) technical store items on an as-is, where-is basis.

Bidders should preferably be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List. Sales tax at 18% and withholding tax at 10% for filers or 20% for non-filers will be calculated according to the proforma attached to the bidding documents.

Electronic bidding documents, including detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements, are available to registered bidders through EPADS v2.0 under the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2026. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.

The bid must be accompanied by bid security of Rs. 30,000 in respect of “NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore.” The original bid security must be submitted to the Admin Branch at the address below by 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM.

The competent authority may reject all proposals at any time before acceptance of a proposal under Rule 32 of the PPRA Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2026. The notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted under Rule 30 is available on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ and on the procuring agency's website, if available.
