LDA Public Notice: Raiwind Smart Residencia Layout Plan Approval, Lahore

The Lahore Development Authority has issued a public notice concerning approval of the layout plan of Raiwind Smart Residencia land subdivision in Mouza Burhanpura, Tehsil Raiwind, District Lahore. The layout-plan approval proposal identifies an area measuring 89 kanals, 11 marlas and 00 square feet.

Mr. Nasrullah, son of Muhammad Boota, applied for approval through the e-Khidmat System on January 5, 2024, under application ID LDA-APH-050124-00001. The application concerns an area measuring 89.19 kanals. The Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Lahore, has verified ownership of the subject land.

The revenue staff report provides the following land particulars:

Any person having an objection to the revised layout plan of the land subdivision or the title of the land may submit a written objection, accompanied by valid supporting documents, to the Director Metropolitan Planning-V, MP Wing, LDA, Lahore, within 15 days of publication of this notice. Objections submitted after the deadline will not be entertained.

This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Lahore Development Authority to sanction the scheme.
