SOPREST Executive Director Job in Islamabad – Apply by 30 November 2026

The Society for the Promotion of Engineering Sciences and Technology in Pakistan (SOPREST), an equal opportunity employer, invites applications from dynamic individuals with strong leadership, communication and management skills for the position of Executive Director in Islamabad.

Qualification: A master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences, Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related discipline from a recognized university.

Post-qualification experience: A minimum of 25 years of post-qualification experience in senior administrative and financial leadership positions in public- or private-sector organizations, preferably in educational institutions, including at least five years in an executive or senior management position. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in institutional administration, planning, resource management, regulatory compliance and coordination with government, Boards of Governors and governing bodies. Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in higher education institutions. Leadership and team-management skills are required.

Employment conditions: The appointment is on a three-year contract. An attractive pay package and benefits will be offered according to qualifications and experience. Applicants must be Pakistani nationals, and selection is on merit.
