Central Depository Company Members’ Register Closure on November 13, 2026

Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited announces that its register of members will remain closed on November 13, 2026, pursuant to Section 125 of the Companies Act, 2017, read with Article 14 of the Company’s Articles of Association.

Transfers received in order at the Company’s registered office before the commencement of the closure will be treated as received in time, subject to Article 11 of the Articles of Association. Transfers should be delivered to CDC House, 99-B, Block B, S.M.C.H.S., Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi-74400.

The notice is issued by order of the Board and signed by Shariq Jafrani, Company Secretary, in Karachi on November 4, 2026.
