Makhdoomabad Cooperative Housing Society Karachi: Plot Verification and NOC Notice

Makhdoomabad Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Sector 21-A, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Scheme 33, Karachi, registration number K-668/70, informs members, allottees and the public about the restoration of its management committee and mandatory verification requirements for property transactions.

The Government of Sindh Cooperative Department, through notification No. SO(SA)(SMCHSL)/2026/1537 dated 30 October 2026, terminated the appointment of the society’s administrator. The elected management committee constituted under the Cooperative Department’s notification dated 8 April 2026 has consequently been restored. All administrative and office affairs of the society are now under the management committee’s secretary.

At its meeting held on 27 September 2026, the management committee decided that file verification is mandatory for all plot holders. Anyone buying or selling a plot or file in the society must obtain verification and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the society office.

The society will not be responsible for any purchase, sale, transaction or agreement conducted without its verification and NOC. Such transactions will be treated as unlawful.

All plot holders, allottees and members of the public should have the relevant plot verified by the society office before entering into any transaction. Plot holders must also have their plots verified by the management committee. They will be responsible for any resulting loss if they fail to do so. The date for commencing plot verification will be announced later.
