Punjab School Education Department e-Bids for Dangerous Classroom Reconstruction in Central Zone

The Strategic Management Unit, School Education Department, Government of Punjab, through its Project Director, invites electronic bids from firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category of works for reconstruction of dangerous classrooms across Punjab’s Central Zone.

Complete technical and financial bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-procurement system at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/.

Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Clause 38 of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014, as amended from time to time. Bidding documents are also available at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/activetenders.aspx.

The notice publication date on the authority’s website, www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, is 30 October 2026. The response period will be calculated excluding the date of publication on that website.

The work will be awarded to the lowest bidder after correction of arithmetical errors. If an item amount contains a discrepancy, the bidder’s quoted unit rate will prevail and the total bid amount will be corrected accordingly.

Participating firms must hold PEC registration in the relevant category of works. Every e-bid must be accompanied by bid security submitted online through the Punjab e-procurement system, in accordance with the Government of Punjab’s standing instructions, in favour of the Project Director, Strategic Management Unit, School Education Department, Government of Punjab. A scanned copy of the bid security must accompany the e-bid on or before the submission deadline.
