NUML Consultancy Services Tender for Rawalpindi and Lahore New Campus Development

NUML University Main Campus, Islamabad (Technical Branch), invites requests for proposals through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders for the hiring of a new consultant for NUML Rawalpindi and Lahore Campuses (New Sites Development Projects). The procurement reference is P181671. Funds reserved for financial year 2026–27 will cover eligible payments under the consultancy contract.

The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules and applicable regulations and instructions issued by the authority.
