Aisha Steel Mills Limited Final Preference Share Cash Dividend Credit Notice

Aisha Steel Mills Limited has credited the final preferential cash dividend on its Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares (ASLCPS) electronically into the designated bank accounts of entitled shareholders on 4 November 2026. The dividend, approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 23 October 2026, is Rs. 8.25 per share for the period from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2026.

Dividend payments to shareholders who have not provided a valid IBAN have been withheld in compliance with Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017.

Members who have not received their dividend should contact the Company directly or its Share Registrar, CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, at CDC House, 99-B, Block-B, S.M.C.H.S., Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
