Pakistan Railways Multan Division Land and Commercial Lease Auctions 2026

Pakistan Railways, Office of the Divisional Superintendent, Multan, invites bidders to public auctions for railway agricultural land, commercial stalls, nurseries, parking facilities and other railway premises within Multan Division.

Participation Procedure

Auctions will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Bid forms must be obtained and submitted between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on the relevant auction date. Participation will not be permitted after 1:00 p.m.

Bidders must furnish the applicable earnest money through a CDR. The earnest-money requirements and lease conditions vary according to the category and size of the railway property.
