PKHA Tender for Snow Clearance and Road Maintenance in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 2026

Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids from eligible firms and contractors through the EPAD system under the single-stage, one-envelope procedure in accordance with the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and field of specialization for 2025–26. All packages require PEC category C-6 or above.

Packages 03 through 12 cover removal of snow, avalanches and landslide boulders from road surfaces. Packages 13 and 14 cover snow, slide and debris removal, together with drain and shoulder clearance.

Bids for packages 03–08 will open on 23 January 2026 at 12:30 p.m. Bids for packages 09–14 will open on 24 January 2026 at 12:30 p.m.

The engineer's estimates and Instructions to Bidders are available for download from www.pkha.gov.pk and the EPAD system. Bids must be submitted through https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Original call deposits, copies of CNIC and PEC registration, and evidence of active KPRA status must also be submitted to the Deputy Director (Procurement), PKHA Complex, Main GT Road, near Police Post Tarnab, Peshawar. Bidders who fail to submit their original CDRs will be declared non-responsive, and legal action may be initiated against them.

Only call deposits or bank guarantees issued by scheduled banks in favour of the Managing Director, PKHA, will be accepted. Commencement and completion dates will be communicated through the work orders.
