| Chief Internal Auditor | 1 | 30–50 years | Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management or financial management, including at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role, preferably in the public sector. Membership of a recognized professional accounting body, such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA or a related discipline. Certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or another relevant certification will be preferred. |
| Manager Business Development | 1 | 30–50 years | Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in business development, strategic planning, investment promotion or commercial management, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in preparing business cases, feasibility studies and investment proposals is required. Experience in the mining, infrastructure, energy or public sector will be preferred. Knowledge of government regulations, corporate governance and investment facilitation frameworks will be an added advantage. Candidates must have 16 years of education, such as BE, BS, BBA or M.Com, a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA or CMA, or an equivalent qualification in a related discipline. Professional certifications in Business Development, Project Management, Strategic Management, Investment Promotion or Marketing will be preferred. |
Employment terms: A market-competitive salary package will be offered. Appointments will be on a contract basis for an initial period of three years, extendable by mutual consent and subject to satisfactory performance. Candidates’ ages will be calculated on the application submission deadline.
