Application procedure: Apply online through the National Job Portal at www.njp.gov.pk, which also provides further information. The vacancy advertisement is available on the Pakistan Sports Board website at www.sports.gov.pk. Applications submitted by hand or post will not be entertained. The application deadline is 23 November 2026.
Tests and interviews: Only eligible shortlisted candidates for Office Assistant, Stenotypist and LDC will be called for tests and interviews; their dates and times will be communicated later. Walk-in interviews for Mali, Naib Qasid and Security Guard, covering the advertised BPS-1 to BPS-5 category, will be held on 30 November 2026 at Pakistan Sports Board Coaching Centre, Ayub Stadium, Mir Jaffar Khan Jamali Road, Quetta.
Terms and conditions: Eligible government servants must apply through the proper channel and provide a departmental NOC at the interview. Candidates must bring a complete set of testimonials and educational documents to the interview, where their original academic and experience documents will be checked. Five years of age relaxation will be allowed for all posts in accordance with government instructions.
Requests to change the test centre will not be entertained. Appearing in a test or interview does not confer any right to appointment. Selected Office Assistant and LDC candidates must pass the NITB basic IT training course before completing probation. Selected candidates may be posted at PSB Headquarters, Islamabad, or PSB Coaching Centres in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta. No TA/DA is admissible for attending tests or interviews. The department reserves the right to cancel or postpone recruitment at any stage without assigning a reason.
