Jinnah Dental Hospital Muzaffarabad Tender for Medicines and Electro Medical Equipment 2026–27

The Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Health Department, invites sealed bids for the procurement of dental materials and medicines, general medicines, and electro medical equipment for Jinnah Dental Hospital, Muzaffarabad, against its normal budget for financial year 2026–27.

Bids will be received at Jinnah Dental Hospital, Muzaffarabad, and opened there on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

Bidding will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under the AJK Public Procurement Rules, 2017. Envelopes must be marked TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL in bold, legible letters. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders will be returned unopened.

Authorized importers and authorized distributors supplying medicines, dental medicines and materials, or electro medical equipment may participate according to the technical criteria in the bidding documents.

The prescribed bid security must accompany the financial bid as a CDR in the name of the Executive Director, Jinnah Dental Hospital, Muzaffarabad, AJK. Cheques will not be accepted. Bids must remain valid until 30 June 2027.

A complete set of bidding documents, including detailed specifications, quantities, terms and conditions, and evaluation criteria, may be obtained up to 24 November 2026 during office hours. Applicants must submit a written application and pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 in cash or by bank draft. Documents are available from the Store Incharge at the office of the Executive Director, Jinnah Dental Hospital, Muzaffarabad, AJK. All taxes and duties levied by the Government of AJK will be charged from bills under the applicable rules. Bids must be duly sealed with tape binding. Documents must have proper page numbering, be attached in sequence, and bear the signatures of the authorized person. Every page of the bidding documents must be signed and stamped.

Bidders must furnish an affidavit or certificate confirming that they are neither blacklisted nor in conflict with any government anywhere in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, the Federally Administered Areas, or the provinces of Pakistan.

The bid evaluation report and contract award will be displayed on the AJK PPRA website. The competent authority may reject any or all bids at any time before bidding and may decrease or increase the number of items under the AJK PPRA Rules, 2017.
