Sindh Poultry Wing Jobs 2026 in Umerkot – Driver, Naib Qasid and Poultry Attendant

The Government of Sindh, Livestock & Fisheries Department (Poultry Wing), Office of the Deputy Director Poultry Production, District Umerkot, invites applications from candidates holding a domicile of District Umerkot for initial recruitment to BPS-01 to BPS-04 posts reflected in the Budget Book for financial year 2026–27.

The recruitment follows the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Mirpurkhas, order dated 19 May 2026 in C.P. Nos. D-324 of 2026, D-397 of 2026, D-446 of 2026 and D-447 of 2026, and the Cabinet decision dated 1 December 2025 communicated by the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department through letter No. SOV(SGA&CD)8-27/2019 (Pt-IV) (Volume), dated 3 December 2025.

Application procedure: Submit an application using the prescribed form, together with two passport-size photographs and attested copies of academic qualification documents, CNIC, domicile, PRC (Form-D), driving licence and experience certificate where required. Applications must reach the Office of Deputy Director Poultry Production, near the Superintendent of Police (SSP) Office, District Umerkot, during office hours.

Closing date: 19 November 2026. Applications received after this date will not be entertained.

The application form requires the post applied for; quota category, including General, differently abled persons, Women, Minorities or Transgender; applicant’s name; father’s name; CNIC number; date of birth; qualifications; union council; district domicile; postal address; cell number; signature; and date. Attach two recent passport-size photographs.

Government of Sindh quota rules will apply, including 5% for differently abled persons, 15% for women, 5% for minorities and 0.5% for transgender candidates. Applicants already in government service must apply through their respective departments via the proper channel.

General relaxation of five years in the upper age limit is admissible under Government policy through Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011(Part-II), dated 6 March 2025.

Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased at any stage, and candidates will have no right to challenge such changes. Only eligible or shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.

The vacancies are initially on a purely temporary basis and will become permanent after completion of the probation period under the Sindh Services (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1973.
