Public Notice for Commercial Conversion of Plot 6, Block 3, Darul Aman Society, Karachi

Javed and Masood, owners of Plot No. 6, Block 3, Darul Aman Cooperative Housing Society Limited, K.C.H.S. Union Limited, Karachi, have applied to the relevant authorities for permission to convert their residential plot to commercial use. The plot measures 1,500 square yards and is situated on Shaheed-e-Millat Road.

Applications for approval are being submitted to the following offices:

Any person with an objection to the proposed change from residential to commercial use may submit the objection to the Honorary Secretary of the society, the Managing Director of the society union, or the Master Plan Department within seven days of publication of this notice. If no objection is received within that period, the society, union and Master Plan Department will complete the conversion process under the applicable rules and regulations.

The property is on the 240-foot-wide Shaheed-e-Millat Road, beside a 40-foot-wide road. Plot No. 13 adjoins it to the north and Plot No. 5 to the east.
