DGRDE Tender for Indigenous Development of Non-Critical Aviation Spares, Batch V

The Directorate General Research & Development Establishment (DGRDE), Ministry of Defence (Defence Division), Defence Industrial Production & Regulatory Authority (DIPRA), invites bids for the following project:

Firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and included on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayer List may obtain bidding documents and project technical details by submitting a written request to DGRDE's Contract Wing on any working day between 09:00 and 15:00 hours.

Bidding will follow the two-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rules 36(d) and 42(d)(i) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

A tender conference will be held at DGRDE on 30 November 2026 at 11:00 hours to address bidders' queries.

Offers must be submitted to AD Contract, Contract Wing, DGRDE, Abid Majid Road, Rawalpindi, by 10:30 hours on 3 December 2026. First-stage technical offers will be opened the same day at 11:00 hours. The second-stage schedule will be communicated to qualifying bidders after the first-stage evaluation.
