Liaquat University Hospital Jamshoro Tenders for Medicines, Repairs, Security, Patient Diet and Janitorial Services

The Office of the Medical Superintendent, Liaquat University Hospital Jamshoro, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the financial year 2026–27. Suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB, whichever is applicable, may participate. Procurement will follow Rule 46(1), Single Stage–One Envelope Procedure.

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be viewed or downloaded at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/. Interested bidders must register on EPADS at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration to submit electronic bids. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and submitted through EPADS only.

The submission deadline is 24 November 2026 at 10:30 AM. The original instrument for each tender fee, together with the bid security, must reach the procuring agency before the electronic bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, Liaquat University Hospital Jamshoro.

If the government announces a public holiday or unforeseen circumstances arise, bids will be submitted and opened on the next working day at the same venue and times. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules 2010.
