HMC Taxila Tender HMC-57/2026 for Industrial Supplies and Foundation Contractor Services

Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC) invites sealed tenders under Tender Notice No. HMC-57/2026 from suppliers registered with the income tax and sales tax departments. Supplies and services are required on a CFR Karachi or FOR Taxila basis, according to the following cases.

Sealed tenders must be addressed to the CFO, clearly marked with the tender number, and prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents. They must reach the Tender Box, Admin Block, HMC Taxila, by 2:00 PM on 25 November 2026. Tenders will be opened at 2:30 PM on the same day in the Admin Block, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available from the Department of Supply Chain Management for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,500, payable through CDR or pay order in favor of HMC.

HMC reserves the right to accept or reject all bids and to annul the tendering process at any stage before award of the contract.
