IESCO Tender NCB-270 for Boundary and RCC Retaining Wall Reconstruction at New Wah

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), through IESCO-PMU, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for civil works at IESCO Regional Store, New Wah. Funds have been reserved for the procurement under FY 2026–27, and part of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the authority.

Each bid must include the bid security required in the bidding documents, in the form of a call deposit, bank guarantee or demand draft, or a bid-securing declaration in the prescribed format.

Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available to registered bidders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/183276. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

Bids prepared according to the electronic bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on Monday, November 23, 2026. Bids will be opened through EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
