Public Notice of Property Litigation for Plot No. 7, Sarfaraz Rafique Road, Lahore Cantonment

Salman Mansoor, Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan, informs the public that his clients have filed a suit for declaration of title and cancellation of allegedly fabricated General Power of Attorney and gift deeds concerning Plot No. 7, Survey No. 112-A/113-A, Sarfaraz Rafique Road, Lahore Cantonment, Lahore.

The suit, titled Aatif Mahmood versus Sheikh Anees Ahmad etc., is pending adjudication before the Honourable Ejaz Ahmad Phullarwan, Additional District Judge & Session Judge, Lahore.

Members of the public are advised to exercise caution when dealing with any party concerning this property. Anyone entering into dealings relating to the property does so at their own risk and cost. Any person purchasing the whole or any part of the property while the suit is pending will be bound by the final outcome of the litigation and will acquire no better title than the seller.
