LDA Karachi Expression of Interest for Chartered Accountant Firm

Lyari Development Authority (LDA), Karachi, invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified chartered accountant firms to provide audit and related financial services.

Eligibility requirements: The firm must be registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and licensed to practise in Pakistan. Where applicable, it must hold a satisfactory Quality Control Review (QCR) rating. It must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

The firm must have at least 10 years of relevant experience auditing public-sector organizations, autonomous bodies or government departments. It must not have been blacklisted by any government, semi-government or autonomous organization.

Scope of services: The selected chartered accountant firm will undertake audit and related financial assignments detailed in the Terms of Reference (TORs). The TORs will be supplied with the bidding documents.

Submission procedure: Interested firms may obtain the detailed TORs and submit their technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Hiring of Chartered Accountant Firm” to the Deputy Secretary, Lyari Development Authority, Block 16, Hawks Bay Scheme 2, Karachi.

Deadline: Proposals must reach the office by 1:00 PM on 26 November 2026.

LDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning a reason.
