CPGCL Guddu Power Plant Rehabilitation Tender T-Rehab-02 – Corrigendum No. 2

Central Power Generation Company Limited (CPGCL) has issued Corrigendum No. 2 for Contract No. T-Rehab-02 concerning the rehabilitation of ST-16 and other allied equipment of the 747 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Guddu.

The original Invitation for Bids was published on August 28, 2026, in newspapers and on the PPRA website, followed by Corrigendum No. 1 dated September 29, 2026. In response to requests from prospective bidders, the bid submission deadline has been extended to December 10, 2026, at 15:00 hours. Bids must be delivered at the same venue specified in Corrigendum No. 1.

Technical bids will be opened on December 10, 2026, at 15:30 hours, at the venue specified in the original Invitation for Bids, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. Price bids will remain in safe custody and will subsequently be opened only for bidders whose technical bids are determined to be substantially responsive in accordance with the bidding documents.

All other terms and conditions of the original Invitation for Bids and Corrigendum No. 1 remain unchanged.
