Pakistan Airports Authority Tender for ATC Tower Access Floor Refurbishment at Lahore Airport

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for refurbishment of the ATC Tower access floor at Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIAP), Lahore, under PPRA Rule No. 36(a), using the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure.

Bid documents, including the procurement method and detailed terms and conditions, are available through the PPRA E-PADS 2 System at https://www.epads.gov.pk/.

Bidders must submit the following mandatory documents:

• Valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and inclusion in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
• A valid Professional Tax Certificate.
• Updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year.
• An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 300 confirming ownership of the firm, non-blacklisting status and details of pending litigation, if any.

Bid security must be furnished as a Pay Order or Bank Draft issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Pakistan Airports Authority AIIAP, Lahore. The original bid security must be delivered in person to the office of the undersigned by the submission deadline.

Bidders must submit their bids, bid security and mandatory documents electronically through the PPRA E-PADS 2 web portal at https://www.epads.gov.pk/ before the submission deadline.

PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA rules. Any overwriting or crossing in an offer must be properly signed by the person signing the tender. All tender pages must be duly signed. The use of correction fluid (Blanco) will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Pay Orders, Bank Drafts or other financial instruments submitted by bidders and contractors for tender cost, earnest money, bid security or bank guarantees that are found to be fake or dishonoured by the issuing bank or financial institution at any pre-contract or post-contract stage will result in blacklisting and legal action under applicable law.
