NILOP Islamabad Tender No. 02/2026 for Solar Power System and Solarized Parking Shed

The National Institute of Lasers & Optronics (NILOP), Nilore, Islamabad, invites sealed tenders under Tender Notice No. 02/2026 from firms registered with FBR and other government departments for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and post-installation services of the following solar facilities:

Documents may be obtained from the office of the Senior Procurement Officer between 09:00 and 15:00, Monday to Friday, upon a written request accompanied by NTN and STRN registration certificates with FBR and a registration certificate with other government departments.

The non-refundable tender document fee is Rs. 2,500, payable through a bank demand draft or pay order in the name of Head LAO, NILOP.

Bidding will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes clearly marked “Technical Proposal for Solar System and Solarized Car Parking Shed” and “Financial Proposal for Solar System and Solarized Car Parking Shed,” respectively.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 23 November 2026 at 11:00 at NILOP, Nilore, Islamabad. Sealed bids must reach the Senior Procurement Officer by 11:00 on 3 December 2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 on the same day.

The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time before acceptance. The tender notice is also available on the PPRA website.
