Employment terms: These appointments are contractual and will neither be regularized at any future stage nor be pensionable under government rules. Employees of government, semi-government and autonomous public organizations may apply through the proper channel with a departmental NOC issued on official letterhead. Their services will likewise never be regularized in FESCO under the Board of Directors' policy.
Age relaxation: General age relaxation is already included in the maximum age of 33 years. Further relaxation is permitted only for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Buddhists, who may receive three years, and government servants who have completed two years of continuous government service by the closing date, who may receive ten years.
Eligibility and document verification: Dismissed employees of any organization and persons with a criminal record are ineligible. Applicants must have completed the required qualification. Candidates awaiting results, or whose final transcript, domicile or other certificates have not been issued by the application deadline, will not be considered. Original documents, including an NOC for serving employees, must be produced at the interview for scrutiny before eligibility is declared.
FESCO may increase or decrease the number of vacancies, withdraw the vacancies or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning a reason. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview or selection under the FESCO Recruitment Policy 2022, available on the FESCO website. Passing the written test alone does not qualify a candidate for employment. No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview or selection process. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere within FESCO's jurisdiction according to company requirements.
Concealment or misrepresentation of facts at any stage will disqualify a candidate from the current recruitment and all future FESCO recruitment tests or examinations. Matriculation certificates, domicile and other documents will be verified with their issuing authorities. If documents are bogus or fake, the employment offer will be withdrawn from its inception and salaries paid will be recovered.

Applicants should retain the same mobile number, postal address and email address throughout recruitment. If these details change, responsibility for missed notifications about the test date, results, interview schedule or merit lists rests with the candidate. Check the FESCO and NTS websites regularly for recruitment updates. Roll number slips will be uploaded to the NTS website at least one week before the test, and candidates will also be notified by SMS.
