Requirement	Details
Security deposit	Rs. 50,000 refundable call deposit in the name of the Principal of the college, to accompany the tender.
Tender form fee	Rs. 500, non-refundable, payable in cash.
Tender form availability	From 9 November 2026 to 17 November 2026 during office hours, up to 2:00 PM, from the college canteen committee.
Submission deadline	17 November 2026 at 2:00 PM.
Tender opening	18 November 2026 at 12:00 noon in the college office.

Sealed tenders must reach the Principal's office by post within the submission deadline. Tenders received after 2:00 PM on the closing date will not be accepted.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of the college canteen committee and other representatives. Bidders may also attend. Proceedings will follow PPRA Rules 2016.

Each complete tender must be submitted in a separate envelope. Two tenders in one envelope will not be accepted. Only tender forms issued by the college will be accepted; tenders submitted on other forms will be rejected.
