UET Taxila Tender for 23rd Convocation 2026 Arrangements

The University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Taxila invites e-bids on a whole-basis contract for arrangements for its 23rd Convocation 2026, scheduled for December 2026 at the Multipurpose Hall, UET Taxila.

Eligible bidders include service providers, firms, companies, sole proprietors and joint ventures, where applicable, engaged in relevant services and registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities, including Income Tax, General Sales Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Bidding will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure.

Complete e-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders should upload their bids well before the deadline rather than waiting until the final date and time. Submission through the portal is entirely the bidder's responsibility, and UET Taxila will not be responsible for submission-related issues.

Every e-bid must be accompanied by the fixed bid security payable to “Treasurer, UET, Taxila,” in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order, submitted or transferred online according to the e-Procurement System procedure established in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab. Late e-bids will be rejected.

Prices must be quoted in Pakistani rupees, with PST indicated separately where applicable. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication. Documents containing full details may also be downloaded from the UET Taxila website at https://web.uettaxila.edu.pk and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website.

The university may reject all bids or proposals at any time before acceptance. Upon request, it will communicate the grounds for rejection to a bidder that submitted a bid or proposal, but it is not required to justify those grounds. UET Taxila will not bear any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparing or delivering e-bids. If the submission day is an official holiday, the following day will be treated as the closing date.
