Tender: Energisation of Sub Station & Oxygen Generation Plant at MTI Bannu – Bid by 2026-06-19

Office of the Hospital Director, Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Bannu invites sealed tenders (Single Stage, Two-Envelope Method) from reputed, experienced contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2025-26 in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.

Key procurement details and submission requirements are provided below. Tender documents are available from the Procurement Manager on payment. Interested firms must submit separate Technical and Financial envelopes; original earnest money must be included with the financial proposal.

Important conditions:

• Tender documents/forms/Bill of Quantities (BOQ) obtainable from the Procurement Manager on payment of Rs.2,500 on any working day prior to the deadline.
• Bids must be submitted on original firm letterhead, signed and stamped, with amounts in words & figures.
• Both technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes; envelopes must be clearly marked "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid."
• Earnest money (2% of quoted amount) must be in the name of Hospital Director MTI Bannu and attached with the financial bid; original earnest money document must be enclosed in the financial proposal and submitted before closing time.
• Firms must provide NTN, Sales Tax registration, professional tax and details of all applicable taxes.
• Bidders must submit an affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper declaring the firm is not blacklisted and has no other disqualifying contracts.
• Only bidders who have properly purchased bid documents will be allowed to participate; incomplete or tampered/overwritten documents will be rejected.
• The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA 2014.
