District Council Jhelum invites sealed bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab E-PADS) for multiple civil works schemes under a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Interested contractors registered on Punjab E-PADS should download bidding documents from the Punjab e-procurement portal and submit bids as per the instructions on the portal.

- Bids must be submitted through Punjab E-PADS. Bidders shall upload required documents on the portal. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on e-PADS and the original CDR/earnest money submitted in the office of the District Council Jhelum before the closing date. Non-submission of original CDR will render the bid non-responsive.
- Procedure: Single Stage Single Envelope. Bidders must follow the bidding conditions and instructions available on the e-PADS portal. Incomplete, ambiguous or conditional bids will not be entertained.
