- Bids must be uploaded on the e-PAD system and are open to all eligible e-PAD bidders as defined in the bidding document.
- Bid submission deadline: Bids to be uploaded before 10:30 AM on 2026-07-21. Physical Bid Security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank must be delivered to the procuring agency before the closing time.
- Bid opening: Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-07-21 in the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Mandi Bahauddin in the presence of bidders or their representatives. If the opening date is a public holiday, the next working day at the same time and place will be observed.
- Tender documents and further information can be obtained via the e-PAD/PPRA portals and from the hospital office during working hours on written application up to the bid submission closing date.
