Pakistan Airports Authority Invitation to Bid for Nitrogen Cylinders for Oshkosh Strikers & Barracuda ARFF Vehicles

Issued by: Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA). PAA invites sealed/online bids for the supply/procurement of nitrogen cylinders for Oshkosh Striker and Barracuda ARFF (Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting) vehicles. Bidders must follow PPRA rules and the e-procurement procedures described below.

Bidding and submission instructions:

- Bidding documents and electronic submission are available on the PPRA e-procurement platform (eprocure.gov.pk / E-PAD system). Registration on the PPRA e-procurement system is required to access documents and submit bids online.

- Original (hard) bid security and any required sealed documents must be delivered per the bidding instructions to the Logistics Center (South), Pakistan Airports Authority, JIAP, Karachi.

- Prospective bidders must notify PAA before the bid opening date/time and submit proof of Active Taxpayer status on the FBR portal and provide GST and NTN certificates as required.

- PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the terms and applicable procurement rules. Refer to the e-procurement portal and the published bidding documents for full terms, conditions, eligibility, technical specifications, and submission details.
