The University of Baltistan, Skardu invites sealed e-bids for procurement of civil works: External Electrical Works (Package-IV) planned under FY 2026-27. Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit e-bids only via EPADS.
