Office of the Hospital Director, Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (MTI) Nowshera, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids under KPPRA Rules 2014 for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposables. Eligible bidders: Manufacturer, Authorized Dealer, Importer, chemist/druggist with a valid drug license and registration on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR reflecting Income/Sales Tax.

Bidding will be for an initial period of one year under a Framework Contract in accordance with Rule 31-A of KPPRA Rules 2014. Bid documents, detailed specifications, bid security requirements and evaluation criteria can be downloaded from the KP e-Procurement portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) after publication. The advertisement and related documents may also be available on the KPPRA and QHAMC websites.
Submission and opening:
- Original bid security must be submitted to the Office of the Hospital Director, QHAMC MTI Nowshera on or before 2026-09-22 by 11:00 AM (PST). Bids whose original bid security does not reach the office by the closing date/time will be rejected.
- Electronic bid submission via KP eProcure (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) closes at 11:00 AM on 2026-09-22. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
- All mandatory and supporting documents must be uploaded on EPADS. Bids submitted by post, courier, email or fax will not be accepted.
