KPEZDMC E-Tender: Construction of 132 kV Grid Station at Bannu Economic Zone

Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company (KPEZDMC). Purpose: Invitation for e-tenders for construction of civil works for a 132 kV Grid Station at Bannu Economic Zone.

Eligibility & Key Requirements:

- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) renewed for year 2025-26 in the required categories. Bidders must have a minimum of five (05) years of experience in relevant construction work and meet PEC registration category requirements.

- Only registered bidders on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) are eligible to participate. Interested bidders must register via the e-procurement portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#!/supplier/registration).

- Bidders must demonstrate at least one (01) completed contract of similar nature or grid station civil works within the last five (05) years. However, the value of each contract agreement / Work Order should not be less than PKR 140.00 million. Bidders should provide relevant verifiable Work Orders/Contract agreements & completion certificates and an affidavit/undertaking that the bidder has not been blacklisted by any organization in Pakistan.

Terms & Submission Instructions:

- All bids must be submitted and opened electronically via ePADS (www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Manual submission of bids or required documents will not be accepted.

- A Bid Security equal to two percent (2%) of the Engineers estimate must be provided in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of KPEZDMC. The original Bid Security (CDR) along with the original signed copy of the bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the KPEZDMC Head Office (Plot No. 23, Sector E-8, Phase 7, Hayatabad, Peshawar) before the bid submission deadline and must remain valid beyond the bid submission date.

- Failure to submit the original Bid Security within the deadline will result in rejection under KPPRA rules. The bid security and additional bid security (if required) will be dealt with as per KPPRA notification S.R.O. (14)/Vol-I:24-2021-22 dated 10th May, 2022.

- Contractors may not apply in a joint venture or consortium unless explicitly allowed. Conditional, partial, or incomplete bids shall be rejected. Any misrepresentation, false statement, or forged document may result in rejection, debarment/blacklisting, and reporting to PEC/KPPRA.
