Issuer: Punjab Highways Department — Executive Engineer, Highway Division, Mandi Bahauddin. Sealed/e-tenders are invited from registered Engineering Firms/Contractors (registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and on Punjab PPRA e-procurement website) for the following road repair/dualization works. Bidders must upload earnest money only in the form of CDR in favour of Executive Engineer Highways Division Mandi Bahauddin equal to 5% of the estimated/BID cost and submit the original CDR to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before opening. Contractors may attend the office of the Superintendent Engineer Highways Circle Gujrat on 2026-06-17 to allow retrieval of bids; bid retrieval/announcement and opening will follow as per schedule below.
