University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin invites sealed bids from well-reputed, financially sound and eligible firms/suppliers/dealers/distributors/manufacturers/book sellers/publishers registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and registered on e-PADS/PPRA. For procurement of books, only firms/book sellers/publishers prequalified for 2024-25 & 2025-26 are eligible.
Bidding documents (English) with detailed specifications, quantities, terms and conditions are available on Punjab eProcurement (ePADS) portal and PPRA Punjab website. Bids must be submitted online through e-PADS; original bid security instrument and affidavit must also be submitted in the office of Director Purchase & Store before the submission deadline.

Submission & Opening: Deadline for submission/closing of bids for both tenders is 2026-06-12 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office/conference room of the University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin. Bidders must upload bids on the e-PADS portal and also submit the original Bid Security Instrument and affidavit (clearly marked with Tender No. & Title) to the Director Purchase & Store before the bid submission deadline. Acceptable bid security instruments include CDR/Pay Order/Draft/Bank Guarantee in favor of University of Rasul, valid for the respective bid validity period. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
Pre-bid meeting: For Gym Equipment, a pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-04 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room, University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin. Any queries/clarifications from prospective bidders should be emailed one day before the pre-bid meeting.
