Tender: Repair of Biomedical Equipment – Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Sheikh Zayed Medical College / Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan. Invitation for bids for repair of biomedical equipment for Sheikh Zayed Hospital for Financial Year 2026-27 under Punjab e-Procurement.

Eligibility & submission method: Eligible bidders (manufacturers, associations, firms/companies/sole proprietors, general order suppliers, JV’s) registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments may submit bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must upload bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System; late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.

Key conditions: Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted through the online payment mechanism/PSID. PPRA Rules 2014 (with amendments) will apply. Rates must be F.O.R. delivery to consignee in Pakistani Rupees. Single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA Rules 2014 will be followed. Bid validity period: 180 days.
