Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids through EPADS v2.0 under PPRA Rule No. 36(b) for procurement of furniture for office and mess at R.Y. Khan Airport. E-bidding documents, terms, specifications and requirements are available on the EPADS portal. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.

Key instructions and requirements:
- Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically via the EPADS portal. Relevant documents, specifications and e-Pak acquisition/disposal system information are available at the EPADS website.
- Manual submissions will not be accepted. Original bid security (pay order / bank guarantee) must be received at the specified address before the bid submission deadline; however the bid security must also be attached through EPADS online submission.
- Prospective bidders must immediately inform PAA after bid opening and submit proof of Active Taxpayer List (100% compliance) and GST/NTN certificates of FBR to the address or email given.
- PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for cogent reasons. Any financial instrument found fake or dishonored at any stage may result in blacklisting and legal action.
