District Council, Rahim Yar Khan invites online tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement portal for approved ADP development schemes for the year 2026-27. Registered contractors/firms with a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the relevant category and registration on the Punjab procurement portal are eligible to participate.
Submission deadline (online): 2026-10-06 up to 01:00 PM. Tender opening: 2026-10-06 at 01:30 PM in the office of the District Council Rahim Yar Khan in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Bidders must upload earnest money (CDR) equal to 5% of the estimated cost in favour of District Officer (I&S), District Council Rahim Yar Khan; original CDR plus PEC certificate and company letterhead must be submitted to the tender opening committee at least one hour before bid opening or the bid will be disqualified. All current PPRA rules will be enforced.
