Executive Engineer, Tubewells Irrigation Division, Peshawar (Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites e-bids from eligible firms/contractors for installation of new solar irrigation tubewells under ADP No. 1202/210003 for FY 2025-26 in District Nowshera. • Download bid solicitation documents from the department website (www.irrigation.gkp.pk) or KPPRA (www.kppra.gov.pk). Electronic bidding will be on an above/below system against BOQ/Engineer's estimate.
• Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and comply with applicable KPPRA procurement notifications.
• A 2% bid security of the estimated cost must be submitted in original as a call deposit (CDR) in favor of Executive Engineer, Tubewells Irrigation Division, Peshawar. Only call deposits/CDRs of scheduled banks are acceptable; cheque, pay order or bank guarantee are not acceptable.
• Pre-bid meeting: 2025-09-23 at 12:00 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer, Tubewells Irrigation Division, Peshawar.
• Bid submission deadline: 2025-09-29 up to 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the office of the undersigned in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
