Key submission details: sealed bids must include separate envelopes for Technical and Financial bids prepared as per tender document instructions. Bids must be dropped in the tender box at the Reception Counter, TCP, 4th Floor, Finance & Trade Centre, Shahrah‑e‑Faisal, Karachi on or before 2026-09-28 by 11:30 hours Pakistan Standard Time (PST). Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours (noon) PST in the TCP Board Room in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
